Can you pay on the door, or do you have to pay online?
We advise pre-booking your tickets online to avoid any disappointment. However, tickets can be purchased on the day at the door but please note that we reserve the right to accept only pre-booked tickets if we experience a high volume of visitors. There may be a wait to gain admission to the attraction. Please note that we are a cashless venue and only accept card.
Is the Adventure Golf open in bad weather?
The attraction will remain open on days with some rain, but in the case of severe weather conditions, we will inform our customers through our website and social media channels.
How do I get to Jurassic Cove by public transport?
There is regular bus transportation passing by the attraction.

Is car parking available?
Yes, there is free parking available on site.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, we welcome all dogs but they must be kept on a lead at all times.
What type of clothing do you need to wear?
Since we are an outdoor attraction, please wear weather-appropriate and comfortable clothing that allows you to move around with ease. It is mandatory to always wear appropriate clothing and footwear to comply with our safeguarding and health and safety policies. Please note that wearing bathing or bikini wear is not allowed.
Is the course wheelchair & pushchair friendly?
Our course is wheelchair, mobility scooter and pushchair friendly with suitable access.
How long does it take to complete the course?
Playing the course takes around one hour to complete, depending on the group size and ability. Please do allow for extra time on busy, peak days as the course may take longer to complete.
Do I need to bring my own golf putters?
No, you will not need to, they will be included in your ticket price and can be collected from our main desk.
Is food & drink available on site?
Yes, we have an onsite café that also serves Costa machine coffee. Please note that we are a cashless venue and only accept card.
